The most advanced tank containers, the most suited tanks, the tracking system that guarantees more safety and a latest-generation system: we are an innovative transport company in terms of the technologies used, but we are also always at the customer’s side, taking care of organisation and consultancy services where necessary. The transport of goods, in our case food liquids of all kinds, but also non-food liquids, by means that are specifically for one or the other type, thus combining technological innovation and the knowledge of human resources.

New tank containers for an innovative transport company

We are always striving to improve the fleet, containers and tanks at our disposal. We have also recently renewed the container fleet with new units manufactured according to modern production processes and our specifications. We have done this in order to make the work of those engaged daily with the containers themselves even better, for example by ensuring the presence of the Ground Control system, i.e., the ability to open from below, which is necessary during unloading. We have 180 single-compartment tank containers with 28,000, 32,000, 34,500 and 35,000 litre capacity, capable of transporting all liquid foodstuffs also in ATP regime, which can be heated and pressurised, as well as with ground control (unloading-loading from below). This wide availability allows us to exploit intermodal solutions to their utmost: a guarantee of speed and safety, synonymous with optimisation of costs and shipping times, but also of eco-sustainability and attention to the environment.

35.500 litre tankers for road transport

Rubino Rs is a goods transport company (food and non-food liquids, always clearly distinguishing between the vehicles used) which, thanks to enormous investments, has achieved very high levels of efficiency and reliability. The first objective of these investments was to support environmentally-friendly choices and build more and more viable alternatives to traditional road transport. Aware of these steps forward, however, we have by no means forgotten to take care of our tank fleet: we have 15 road tanks with a capacity of 35,500 litres in four compartments, equipped with auxiliary heating, pressurisation, and a fixed washing system. Of course, we are certified on transport services for national and international third parties of feed, food products, CAT 1/2/3 by-products and non-hazardous waste.

Permanent tracking with anti-jamming

We guarantee a permanent tracking service on all vehicles via a satellite system, as well as route control with the possibility of triggering an alarm for signal interruption. The anti-jamming system, combined with the possibility of customised insurance coverage, is among the safest today.

What does it consist of? Jammer devices are, in essence, frequency jammers that launch strong, constant pulses capable of inhibiting frequencies, disturbing the effectiveness of satellite anti-theft devices. In doing so, the jammer devices prevent the security systems installed on the vehicle from functioning properly, triggering alarms or communicating the exact position of the vehicle. Their sale to the public is prohibited (their use is only permitted to the police), but jammers are now readily available and in fact make many situations dangerous. The satellite system on our vehicles counteracts the effects of jammers, making the vehicle trackable and the route controllable at all times.

Tank and container washing, a complete cycle in minutes

Food tank and tank containers are washed by a latest generation washing station, specialised in internal tank washing, steam heating and storage services. The washing station can complete a total, high-temperature cleaning and sterilisation cycle on tank containers, tanks in general, and powder silo vehicles in just a few minutes, and guarantees optimal sterilisation within the terms of the law thanks to the production and introduction of water vapour. Transiberiana Servizi is the only washing and sterilisation station in Apulia used within a technologically advanced plant. The plant is fitted with reaction-force rotating heads for perfectly cleaning large spaces at 110 bars of pressure, and at temperatures of up to 85°C.

A large platform, also in terms of space and size, allows us to safely handle and store tank containers of third parties as well. In fact, we have 25 dedicated tank container carriers with easy access to loading and unloading.
